Do I need to make an appointment for an eye exam?

Yes, we definitely recommend that. If you make an appointment, we are sure that we will have all the time for you and you will not have to wait. Simply make an appointment online at our store and we will be happy to help you on location when convenient.
Does my health insurance cover new glasses?

Probably yes! Most glasses and eye examinations are partially or fully reimbursed by your supplementary insurance. Bring your insurance card with you to the appointment, we will immediately check what reimbursement you are entitled to and help you with the claim.
Can I have new lenses put in my own frames?

Yes, in most cases that is not a problem. Feel free to drop by with your frame. Our optician will then immediately assess its condition and discuss the options with you. A small check can be done in no time and is completely without obligation.

How long will it take for my new glasses to be ready?

The delivery time depends on the lenses and frames you choose. On average you can count on 5 to 10 working days. As soon as your glasses are ready for you, we will immediately send you a message.
What types of eye exams do you offer?
