What are custom glasses:

For single-vision glasses, custom glasses mean that the lenses are specially tailored to your eyes and viewing behavior. We do this with (semi) custom-made glasses, such as Eyezen or Eyezen Fit Eyecode. Multifocal glasses are always considered custom glasses, because the lenses are fully adapted to your personal viewing needs. Do you have questions about this? Feel free to ask your optician about them, it tells you exactly what suits your situation best.

Our expert opticians perform a meticulous eye test and accurately tailor your glasses to your needs. Thanks to this meeting, we can customize single vision or multifocal glasses that fit your eyes perfectly.

We use advanced equipment to take a detailed photo of your retina. This photo provides us with valuable information about the health of your eyes. The photo is always assessed by an optometrist or ophthalmologist. If there is reason for further investigation, we will refer you to the appropriate specialist.

Using advanced equipment, we perform a vision analysis on 10 personal points and determine, among other things, the ideal angle of the glass in relation to your eyes. The result: fully personalized glasses with custom lenses.

At Oogwereld one of our own optometrists always watches. This is a specialist who knows exactly what the health of your eyes is like. You do not need a referral from your GP. In fact, the look of our own optometrists it's just part of it for us. With an eye for detail and an eye for you. Optometry is a paramedical specialty that deals with the detection of eye abnormalities. The optometrist assesses vision and eye health.
